I spent nine months at N26, a German challenger bank as a cross-functional writer. I can’t really share a lot here, as my word was under NDA, but the work encompassed all parts of the marketing funnel, as well as in-app comms, secure messages, and internal comms.

As you’d expect, the work was powered by Jira and delivered using Figma, all in a very agile way. Stakeholder engagement/ management was a big thing, and compliance loomed large.
